What a Standard Porta Potty Rental Covers
Last updated: November 2026
A standard rental includes the portable toilet, delivery to an agreed location, pickup at the agreed time, and servicing described in your written quote. Before delivery, please provide clear access details and choose a level, suitable placement area.
Keep the unit upright, accessible, and free from obstructions while it is on site. Added units, extra servicing, extended rental periods, hand-wash stations, accessible units, and other equipment require a separate quote or written approval.
The customer is responsible for checking county or municipal event permits and arranging any site permissions. Construction customers should account for OSHA 29 CFR 1926.51 sanitation requirements.
Accessible units need an accessible route and toilet access consistent with the 2010 ADA Standards where applicable. Waste is handled through approved disposal facilities under applicable Mississippi rules; sewage must not be discharged unlawfully under the Clean Water Act.
Applicable Mississippi Department of Health onsite wastewater rules may also apply. We do not provide permitting, site preparation, or regulatory advice unless agreed in writing.
Booking, Rescheduling, and Cancellation Requests
We schedule delivery, service visits, and pickup with you using the dates, site address, access instructions, and rental period confirmed in your order. A booking is not final until MS Toilet Rentals confirms it.
Request cancellations, date changes, or pickup changes as early as possible by phone or email. Any notice period or cancellation charge that applies will be stated in your quote or order; if none is stated, contact us to confirm before relying on a change.
Tell us promptly if attendance, site access, unit count, placement, or rental duration changes. We will confirm whether the requested change is available and any added cost before proceeding.
A change is not approved just because it was requested or discussed with a driver. Delays caused by blocked access, unsafe placement, severe weather, or conditions outside our control may require a revised schedule.
Please keep the delivery route clear and have an authorized person available when site instructions or placement approval are needed.
Quotes, Charges, and Payment
We prepare quotes from the information you provide, including the unit type and quantity, rental dates, delivery location, access conditions, and requested servicing. A quote describes the work and charges included; items not listed are not included.
Ask us to clarify any line item before approving the order. The quote or order will state when payment is due and any accepted payment method. Unless a written agreement says otherwise, payment is due according to those stated terms.
If you request extra units, service visits, a longer rental, relocation, or other work, we will explain any additional charge and seek your approval before making the change. Do not assume a verbal estimate replaces a written quote or that a requested change has been accepted until we confirm it.
Charges may change if the site or service details differ materially from the information used to prepare the quote. Contact us promptly about a billing question so we can review the order and relevant records.
Service Standards and Warranty Coverage
MS Toilet Rentals aims to deliver the equipment and perform the services described in your confirmed order. These terms do not promise a specific warranty period or a separate guarantee beyond any coverage expressly stated in your written quote or agreement.
If you believe a unit was not delivered as agreed or a scheduled service was missed, contact us promptly with the site address, order details, and a description of the issue. We will review the information and discuss an appropriate response under the agreement.
Please use the equipment for its intended purpose and follow any instructions provided. Damage, blockage, contamination, or service problems caused by misuse, unauthorized movement, vandalism, unsuitable placement, or conditions outside our control may not be covered as a service issue and may result in additional charges if stated in the order.
Do not attempt repairs or move a unit without approval. Any written warranty or remedy provided for a particular order controls over this general description, subject to applicable law.
Responsibility for Losses and Site Conditions
To the extent permitted by law, MS Toilet Rentals’ responsibility for a claim arising from a particular service is limited to the amount paid for that service. We are not responsible for pre-existing site conditions, inaccurate access or placement information, customer misuse, or damage caused by others. Nothing here excludes responsibility that cannot legally be limited, including liability for our own negligence where applicable.
Customers must provide safe access and suitable placement and should secure any required local event permits. Construction sites remain responsible for meeting OSHA 29 CFR 1926.51 requirements.
Where applicable, the 2010 ADA Standards address accessible routes and toilet access; customers should confirm site needs for their event or facility. Waste handling must follow Mississippi requirements for approved disposal facilities, and unauthorized sewage discharges are prohibited by the Clean Water Act.
Relevant Mississippi Department of Health onsite wastewater provisions may apply depending on the work. These terms do not replace legal or permitting requirements.
Questions About These Rental Terms
For questions about an order or these terms, contact MS Toilet Rentals at (833) 549-4191 or quote@standardportapottyrentallatimerms.top. Mail may be sent to 1155 Ocean Springs Rd, Ocean Springs, MS 39564.
Include your name, service address, and order details so we can identify the rental. If a term is unclear, ask us before approving an order; a written quote or signed agreement may set additional details for that rental.
We may update these terms as our services or applicable requirements change. The revised version will be posted on the website with an updated effective date when available.
For active orders, we will communicate changes that materially affect the agreed service and will not apply a change to that order without notice where required by law. The version in effect when you place an order generally applies, unless you and MS Toilet Rentals agree otherwise in writing or applicable law requires a different result. Keep a copy of your quote and any written changes for reference.

Service Expert at MS Toilet Rentals
I started this company after years of handling portable sanitation jobs around Latimer and nearby Mississippi communities. I learned that summer heat, sudden rain, and muddy access roads make dependable placement and regular servicing just as important as delivery.
